Harris Rainbow is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of Transportation Insight Holding Company (TIHC), overseeing all sales activities and customer partnerships for the company.
Driving core business strategies that connect people, operations, shippers and business initiatives, Harris brings extensive experience in logistics and supply chain to the role of CRO. He is responsible for developing the entire shipper organization that includes customer sales, customer operations, contractual sales, client services and the sales enablement groups. His efforts have earned him the reputation of developing the best brokers in the industry by empowering and motivating individuals and teams to find creative solutions that better serve customers. He is positioned to similarly strengthen all functions of the shipper organization providing unmatched customer service in the industry.
Throughout his career, Harris has played key roles in helping to grow NTG into an industry-leading 3PL, including serving as Chief Operations Officer, Executive Vice President, SVP of Brokerage Operations, Director of Brokerage Operations and Director of HR, and Head of Training and Personnel Development. He also served as Director of Personnel, Head of Training and Personnel Development for the Rhino family of companies. Prior to joining NTG, Harris honed his unique sales skills and leadership style as a head football coach in the Georgia High School Association (GHSA) for over a decade.
Harris holds an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Capella University, a Master of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Piedmont College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Georgia.
