Jones Pharr is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and M&A at Transportation Insight Holding Company (TIHC) and leads M&A sourcing, execution and integration activities. He is dedicated to seeking the best opportunities and partners for the company to grow and provide industry-leading logistics services and proprietary digital solutions to customers throughout North America.
In 2019, Jones joined TI with nearly 20 years of experience in investment banking and financial services. Prior to assuming the role of EVP of Corporate Development and M&A with TI & NTG, Jones was a senior leader of the Diversified Industrials M&A practice at BlackArch Partners, and also served as an officer in the Global Investment Banking division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He has advised on more than $15 billion of mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.
Jones earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he graduated with the highest distinction.
