Frequently Asked Questions
Beon Rewards is NTG’s carrier loyalty program that elevates the carrier experience. Members can
access exclusive benefits and can earn rewards.
To receive the full benefits of our current carrier rewards program, there are two steps.
1. Sign up for Beon Carrier — You must be registered on the Beon Carrier portal to enroll in Beon Rewards. Once inside the portal, click on the “Rewards” tab in the upper-righthand corner. On the next page, click “Enroll in Beon Rewards” and you’re in! Please note: Carriers must meet a minimum load volume requirement annually to retain status
2. Sign up for AtoB Fuel Card — Apply at Beon Rewards Fuel Card presented by NTG. Applications only take 5 minutes and no impact to your credit score!
Your status will be adjusted when you reach the required load count to unlock a level. You can be
upgraded during the year and won’t be downgraded until the end of the year. The Beon Rewards
earning period is the calendar year, January 1 – December 31. Your status on January 1 is based on
your previous calendar year’s load count.
