Geoff Kelley, President of NTG
As President of NTG, Geoff leads NTG’s next growth phase, driving nationwide expansion as a multi-modal brokerage provider through organic growth and M&A strategies. Geoff manages all aspects of NTG, setting the strategy and ensuring the accountability and execution of the plan and the business. One of his main goals for NTG is making sure the team is efficient. His leadership drives internal and external productivity, thus helping shippers avoid barriers more efficiently and provides a better service. As a true leader in the industry, Geoff most enjoys working with his team to help solve problems, and help improve services for customers to ensure best in class service – driving efficiencies by optimizing the perfect combination of tech and people. Geoff is passionate about giving back to St. Jude and has been involved with the organization on different levels.
Brian Work, Chief Technology Officer of NTG
As CTO, Brian is responsible for the technology development at NTG, helping to position NTG as a top-five freight broker with next-generation technologies. Brian will align advanced digital strategies with business goals to ensure NTG is providing ongoing solutions to the evolving needs of shippers and carriers. Leveraging his extensive development background, Brian will focus on further advancing NTG’s proprietary software, which leads in intuitive user experience, freight brokerage processes, robust network infrastructure and high security for applications and customer and carrier data. Brian has been a board member with United Way of Forsyth County since 2015 and currently serves as Vice President, Community Impact, holding this role twice during his tenure. He is especially passionate about solving mental health challenges, as this is at the core of many issues including substance abuse, poverty and homelessness. Additionally, he recently began work with InspiredU, a local Atlanta organization that helps to provide technology to underprivileged children – which is particularly important now that so many children are participating in remote learning.
Drew Herpich, Chief Commercial Officer of NTG
Drew is instrumental for the success of NTG and he has already advanced NTG’s position as an industry leader with best-in-class services. With over 15 years in the supply chain industry, his extensive expertise is perfectly suited to strengthen execution capabilities across the company’s long-term growth objectives. Drew seeks to continue to grow NTG to further develop its enterprise and to bring differentiated, long-term solutions that drive supply chain efficiency, visibility and sustainability across its network. He is experienced in all aspects of operations management, sales management, new business development, marketing, strategic planning, leadership and direct sales. Drew enjoys working with his team to both progress their careers and find the best solution to solve a customer’s problem. Drew has been involved with multiple charitable organizations over the years, but has contributed significant time and effort to two: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Chicago, where Drew lived before moving to Atlanta, and Catholic Charities.
Harris Rainbow, Chief Operating Officer of NTG
As COO, Harris is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of NTG’s brokerage sales offices. Harris is able to drive and motivate his teams to make sure they’re going above and beyond and providing top level service to all customer bases. Harris provides high-level discussions on NTG’s technological capabilities, provides market insights and shares best practices with sales teams. Serving customers at the highest level is his favorite part of the job. He takes pride in mentoring his team, ensuring they’re achieving their goals and working with customers to find the best solution for them. Harris and his family are passionate about volunteering with various organizations who give back to those fighting cancer – they have been involved with multiple Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta campuses, Egleston and Scottish Rite, for many years. In addition to this, his family takes time to volunteer at homeless shelters and feed the hungry of Atlanta.
