We built a proprietary data science model that will recommend loads based on your NTG load history and preferences. These tenders will be offered to you before the rest of the carrier network has access, as a way to give you exclusive access to freight you want.
From the load board, click into a load to view the load details. At the bottom of the page, you will see 2 yellow buttons to either “Book Load” at the offered rate or you can select “Create Bid.” You will get instant feedback on every offer – either the user will be directed to a new page to book the load, or you will get a message stating your rate is too high. When you receive this message, your offer will still be reviewed by an internal NTG manager, and your NTG carrier rep may contact you to negotiate further. Some loads on the NTG load board require you to call to book online, such as drayage loads.

No. The Beon Carrier app does not track your movement. It only uses geo-location information to match loads at or near your current location when you activate that feature.
- To clarify, we do not actively track location or store location data anywhere. We only use location to offer nearby loads if the user has elected to share their location in the app.
Data is stored locally within the app. Other apps running on the same device won’t be able to access it and we will not access data from other apps.
We do not store any location information, and outside of contact information provided in the carrier profile, we do not store any personal records.
