Frequently Asked Questions
Learn why Beon Carrier is the most convenient way possible to find and book loads, get paid fast and manage your business with ease. Here’s how to get started.
Beon is a Digital Logistics Platform giving shippers and carriers on-demand access to multimodal logistics network, technology and services via single connection with Beon Shipper and Beon Carrier.
Yes, any NTG-approved carrier can use the web portal. For carriers to obtain an approved status from NTG, they first have to sign up here.
If you are experiencing any issues with the Beon Carrier portal, please contact [email protected].
Yes, carriers can update their payment terms through the Beon Carrier portal.
- Paid – load has been paid to carrier or factoring company
- Need Delivery Docs – delivery documents required for payment are needed
- Pending Payment – load is pending to be paid and due date should be available
- Pending Review – load is pending to be processed
By leveraging our years of data and a proprietary data science model, we will recommend loads based on a carrier’s NTG load history and preferences. These tenders will be offered to you before the rest of the carrier network has access, as a way to give you exclusive access to the freight you want.
From the load board, you can click into a load to view the load details. At the bottom of the page, there will be 2 yellow buttons to either “Book Load” at the offered rate or you can select “Create Bid.” You will get instant feedback on every offer – either the user will be directed to a new page to book the load, or you will get a message stating their rate is too high.
When you receive this message, the offer will still be reviewed by an internal NTG manager, and you may contact your NTG Carrier Sales Rep to negotiate further. Some loads on the NTG load board require carriers to call to book online, such as drayage loads.
When a new tender comes through, you can click in the tender to view load details, and then select “Accept” or “Place Bid” at the bottom.
Yes, you can book as many loads as you need through the web portal and assign them to different drivers.
You can manage paperwork and invoice completed loads within the Beon Carrier web portal.
The Beon Carrier web portal is self-serve so there is no direct communication with the NTG Carrier Sales rep. However, you will still have an assigned NTG Carrier Sales rep while using the Beon Carrier Platform. Carriers are always encouraged to contact their NTG Carrier Sales rep with freight-related questions.

If you enter the wrong phone number during setup, you won’t receive the SMS verification code needed to finish enrollment. Without this code, you cannot complete MFA using that number. If you notice the mistake right away, click Back or reload the setup screen to enter the correct number.
If the code is typed incorrectly or has expired, Okta will display an error and prompt you to try again. You can request a new SMS code or use your authenticator app to generate a fresh code. Multiple failed attempts will not lock your account, but you must enter a valid code to proceed.
Yes. After logging in, you can update your MFA method at any time from your Okta account settings. If you have further questions please contact us at [email protected].
