Frequently Asked Questions
Our requirements are pretty standard. We’ll need your MC/MX# or DOT#, contact info, certificate of insurance and a good safety rating. For the full list of requirements, visit the registration page.
Yes, both the Beon Carrier web portal and mobile app are free to use and available to all NTG-approved carriers. The mobile app is available in the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).
We offer a few payment options for carriers that are available through Epay Manager:
- Fast Pay (get paid on every load via ACH, 1 day-3% fee or 2 day-2.5% fee)
- Net 30 (get paid on every load within 30 days via ACH or paper check)
If you do not factor, all carrier payments will be managed through Epay Manager. If you factor, your factoring company will handle this for you.
