NTG CONTINUES INVESTMENT IN TEAMS ACROSS THE NATION

NTG Training Program

NTG has developed an extensive training program for employees – focusing on company and market education to best prepare team members for success. So far this year, from January to July, NTG has held 12 classes with over 400 new rhinos attending training weeks focused on company education and industry knowledge. This extensive program guarantees that employees are prepared for their designated positions when starting their careers at NTG. All incoming employees attend NTG 101, a training initiative aimed at providing additional company and industry knowledge to new hires while fulfilling the company’s mission of aiding in career development. This initiative is in additional to NTG’s regular training program and allows NTG’s newest employees to interact with NTG’s executive team and participate in valuable hands-on training activities.

NTG also puts an important focus on continued internal training to our industry experts and leadership teams. Such trainings equip our employees on market developments, industry analysis and ways of improving supply chain efficiencies to our customers and carrier partners as shipping needs continue to evolve.

Throughout the pandemic, NTG is focused on emphasizing the importance of energetic company culture while putting increased priority on collaboration and teamwork. Implementation of new training activities such as virtual team-building exercises have led to further team engagement and success during this unpredictable time. NTG plans to continue to apply these training efforts throughout the pandemic and beyond.
